Izzy draws on 7 years of service as an Air Force Special Warfare Officer and 3 years of leadership within the start up technology space, and is currently seeking his MBA at Scheller College of Business. While reflecting on the impact EDM had on his own journey, Izzy founded VEDM to transform how veterans reconnect with purpose. He leads initiatives that blend music, movement, and community into immersive experiences that ignite creativity, foster healing, and inspire lasting change.

Gerry draws on 10 years of service as an Air Force veteran and advanced training  in the clinical mental health field. Inspired by his firsthand understanding of military life and its challenges, Gerry earned his MSW in an effort to transform how veterans and first responders heal and reconnect. He leads initiatives that blend evidence-based therapy, peer connection, and purpose-driven living into experiences that build resilience, restore trust, and inspire lasting change.
